Recently, Canadian artist and illustrator Phil Postma gave some of the casts of Star Wars: The Original Series the animated treatment in Pixar style. I believe Star Wars fans would love the hypothesis that Pixar remade Star Wars: The Original Series with characters like this. The previous animation Star Wars: The Clone Wars was a total disaster.

stop destroying the memories. idiots. We’ve seen Yoda as a Lego character, as an angry bird, as a bad animated cartoon, and so on.. Nobody needs a pixar star wars. JFC..

Star Wars needs new things desperately. Not old things remade as “new” things. A Pixar/Star Wars mash-up would make me walk away from both institutions. Show some balls and *ucking originality and do something new!! Pixar’s increasing prevalence of unneeded sequels and prequels does not bode well. I earnestly hope Episode VII is at least good, but we really won’t know for sure even after it comes out. The expectation will be so insanely high that I doubt anyone will be able to calmly and rationally discuss its plusses and minuses for several months after its initial release.

Xenobuzz, what would you do? You are all about new things, but nothing specific. How do you do something completely new when you are trying to work in and tell a story about a specific setting, characters, and universe?
Kostas: How are your memories destroyed? Even if they made it Star Wars with South Park graphics, are they actually infiltrating your brain? The original is what it is. How they proceed should not affect the original, only your opinion of what they do from here on out.
